USAGE:
ALMENDO B is a foliar fertilizer with a high concentration of boron, developed to prevent and correct boron deficiencies in crops. Its application helps overcome yield losses in soils with low boron availability and in crops with a high demand for this essential micronutrient.
Boron plays a key role in improving fruit set by enhancing pollen germination and pollen tube growth. In addition, it regulates hormone synthesis, ensuring proper plant growth, especially during the most sensitive developmental stages.
Boron is an essential micronutrient for overall plant metabolism and is critically involved in cell division, thereby contributing to vegetative growth as well as fruit development. A deficiency of boron negatively affects pollen quality, leading to poor fruit set, along with impairing several other vital physiological processes.
Furthermore, boron is involved in the absorption and metabolism of calcium, accumulating in cell walls and contributing to the elasticity and firmness of plant tissues.
Boron availability decreases in soils with a pH higher than 7 due to reduced mobility, while in acidic and sandy soils it is easily lost through leaching. Boron deficiency disrupts normal crop development, resulting in reduced yield and lower product quality

COMPATIBILITY
ALMENDO B can be mixed with most agricultural pesticides and common fertilizers. It is recommended to avoid mixing it with sulfates and Alkaline compounds. For mixing with any other product, conduct a test in a small volume to assess compatibility
