CHARACTERISTICS

ALMENDO® ANTISALT is a soil conditioner formulated specifically to reduce soil salinity and improve flocculation for a better porosity and water penetration. Soil salinization is a major environmental problem that restricts crop growth and yield. it stabilizes soil pH and reduces sodium content improving crop growth and avoiding saline stress. Enhances root growth and development thanks to the increment of soil porosity and nutrient and water uptake.
Carboxylic (-COOH) and hydroxylic (-OH) groups present play an important role in calcium transfer to colloidal soil particles, preventing and correcting salinization and sodification effects.

ALMENDO® ANTISALT is recommended to remove salinity and release harmful soil salts. This product can be used in salty soils along with irrigation water in all stages of plant growth.

COMPATIBILITY
ALMENDO® ANTISALT can be used by fertigation as soil application according to following table. For mixing with any other product conduct a test in a small volume to assess compatibility.

ANTISALT can be applied via irrigation systems or directly to the soil throughout the entire growing period of the plant.
